These were the first tests for the larger, final version of this print. The tests are 8.5 in x 11 in on a warm peachy orange card stock. The art dimensions are more squat compared to the final version of this print.

out (of) is a duotone Risograph print adapted from "I Don't Know How to Say This (이걸 어떻게 말해야 할지 모르겠어),” an autobiographical comic that explores childhood memories to trace an evolution of identity as a queer, trans, mixed Korean-American. Both works were created for the Roots: Korean Diaspora collaborative artist book project, edited by Andre Lee Bassuet and bringing together 20 multidisciplinary Korean American artists.

These prints are tests, and many have smudges or marks from excess blue ink at the top. The example image shows a very mild version, but you may receive a print with much more prominent smudging. Each print’s registration is unique.
