Sanguine is a wordless horror comic about a bat community in the desert that suffers devastating consequences after discovering a mysterious chest of items. It is a meditation on how colonization and the destruction of indigenous culture informs modern Western concepts of monstrosity in relation to transgender & gender non-conforming identities. This story first appeared in the 2019 horror comic anthology Theater of Terror: Revenge of the Queers published by Northwest Press.

10.5 inches x 7 inches. Full color, 16 pages of story, with matte card stock covers. Please note that due to the natural effects of folding, the outside spine may show faint pale creases where the cream paper appears through the ink.
